We deliver across Nepal. Here is how long it takes and what it costs.

Free delivery and 10% off on 4 or more items. When your order has 4 or more items (four of the same item count), delivery is free inside and outside the Valley and 10% off is applied automatically at checkout.
The delivery charge is set automatically from the delivery area you choose at checkout. Times count from the day your order is confirmed and can be longer during festivals, public holidays or bad weather.
Payment
- Choose Pay by QR at checkout and pay the minimum amount shown (Rs 200) to confirm your order.
- Enter your payment reference, or upload a screenshot, on the order page.
- Pay the remaining balance, including delivery, when your order arrives.
We do not offer full cash on delivery. The small advance helps us avoid fake orders. If you prefer, you can pay the full amount in advance by choosing Pay by QR (Full payment) at checkout.
When your order arrives
Please keep your phone on, as our delivery partner may call you. Check your parcel on arrival, and if anything is damaged or wrong, message us within 3 days with photos. See Returns & Exchanges.
